Dance Themes

Matt Tolentino has selected a number of really fun dance themes for our vintage crossing week. He and his orchestra will be playing music based on these themes. Those who love to dress are encouraged to use the themes as their inspiration for evening wear. Specific nights for each theme will be announced closer in, but you can certaily plan your wardrobe now.

Centennial Ball: Resplendent in monochrome, this traditional black and white Captain’s Ball will showcase the best songs of 1925.

Blue Prelude: The dance floor will sizzle with the sounds of the blues, tangos, and other torrid tunes.

Garden Gaieties: Music and romance will be in full bloom as we step beyond the garden gate

Vaudeville to Vitaphone: It’s a frolic at the Follies as we tip our hat the to Great White Way

Bushwa Ball-A Nonsensical Nocturne: Dress for frivolity – expect tunes silly, sweet, and hot.
